SHIPPING INFORMATION


HOW FAST DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
We pride ourselves on shipping out orders as fast as possible. Typically, orders placed will ship out within 3-5 business days, and most times, as fast as the next business day. During sales and special offers, orders can take up to 7 business days to ship. We do offer expedited shipping payment options as well.

SHIPPING ERRORS
We do our best to avoid shipping errors. Immediately before each package is sealed for shipping we take a photo of all products in the box to avoid any shipping errors. This way if we do make a mistake and you do not receive all of your products we can reference the order photo to make sure all the products were included.

ADDING/CHANGING/CANCELING YOUR ORDER
Your order begins processing as soon as we receive it. Please email us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE at hello@pastrypaintcollective.com, Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm CST. We will only be able to process adding to orders, order changes or canceling orders by if the product has not already shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check back as this may change in the future.

LOST AND STOLEN ORDERS
Once we transfer orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order. For lost or physically damaged orders please contact your local USPS. We will make every effort to help track & find lost orders (which is extremely rare), however we are unable to track better than USPS. Once orders show as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
