REFUND INFORMATION


ACCEPTED RETURN ITEMS
We can only accept returns on unopened & unused products, they must be in their original shrink wrapping or their seal must not have been tampered with. Some products do not contain a shrink band or tamper proof label, in order to return these items we will need to inspect these products and be 100% confident that the product has not been used. If you attempt to return products that have been opened we will not pay for shipping them back to you. You will have to pay for shipping again to get them back, so please inspect the products yourself before returning them to make sure there are no mistakes.

PLACING A RETURN
Should you want to return any part of your online order please contact us within 14 days of your original order date. For a return authorization, email us with your name, order # & return reason to hello@pastrypaintcollective.com. All returns must be received to us no later than 30 days after original order date. Upon inspection of products, we will issue your return to your original payment form within 3 business days. We do not pay for return shipping & are not responsible for lost returns (it is always best to track & insure your returns). Returns making your original total purchase price less than $100 (for free shipping) will be refunded less the price of shipping for the original shipping charge. We do not accept returns on opened products, please note that while we do our very best to display colors & products accurately screens may display colors differently.

EXCHANGES
We do not exchange opened products for different colors. If your product is still in the original shrink wrap you will be able to return it within 30 days of original purchase date. See return details above.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Within 3 business days of receiving any damaged products please email us with photos at hello@pastrypaintcollective.com. We are not responsible for products reported damaged after this amount of time. Without this window of notice we are unable to open a claim with our shippers. Since we take a photo of each order before it ships we can check to make sure no products were damaged before they were given to our shippers.
